- Earned points are valid for 60 days from the date of booking.

- To redeem points, you must be signed in and your account must be verified.

- You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet.
- For activities, Almosafer Points are calculated based on the total booking amount, excluding VAT (if any).
- You cannot earn/redeem rewards with loyalty programmes if you're earning Almosafer Points.
- Bookings paid for using Almosafer Points are not eligible to earn Almosafer Points.
- You cannot use multiple voucher codes in a booking or earn Almosafer Points in conjunction with auto-applied discounts.
- Almosafer Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
