Almosafer Wallet is a great way to earn rewards and pay for your stays & flight bookings with ease. You can earn Almosafer points by using one of our special voucher codes during promotional periods, and pay less for your next booking by redeeming your points!


Look out for offers that give Almosafer points and complete your booking using the special voucher code!

How to earn and Redeem Almosafer points

Step 1

Sign in to your Almosafer account on our app or website and choose your stay or flight.

Step 2

In the payment section, enter the special promotional code in the voucher code box and click on 'Apply'.

Step 3

Complete your booking.* *If you're signed in, you will receive the points in your Wallet immediately.

In the payment section, select Wallet as your payment method.

Step 4

Enter the amount you want to redeem* and complete your booking. *Note: The remaining booking amount (if any) will have to be paid by card or Knet.

Terms & conditions

  • Points can be earned and redeemed on the KSA version of the Almosafer app and website.
  • You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet.
  • You can only earn or redeem Almosafer points on stays and flight bookings that are paid for immediately. Almosafer points cannot be redeemed on 'Pay Later’ stays.
  • Almosafer points can only be earned during select promotional periods and the special voucher code mentioned in the offer must be used when completing the booking.
  • Every promotion that you can earn Almosafer points through has a set expiry date for the points, which will be conveyed in the offer. You will not be able to use the points after the expiry date.
  • If you're signed in when making the booking, you will receive the points in your Wallet immediately.
  • If you don't have an account when making the booking, you will receive the points as soon as you create and verify your account.
  • If you have an unverified account and are not signed in when making the booking, you will receive the points as soon as you verify your account.
  • If you have a verified account but are not signed in when making the booking, you need to send an email to support@almosafer.com to receive your points.
  • To be able to redeem points when making a booking, you must be signed in and your account must be verified.
  • When earning Almosafer points, you are not eligible to earn rewards from loyalty programmes for e.g. ALFURSAN miles or Qitaf points. You also can’t redeem Qitaf points.
  • Bookings paid for using Almosafer points are not eligible to earn Almosafer points or rewards, such as ALFURSAN miles or Qitaf points. You also can’t redeem Qitaf points.
  • You cannot use multiple voucher codes in a booking or earn Almosafer points in conjunction with auto-applied discounts.
  • Almosafer points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a voucher code or auto-applied discounts.
  • Point are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this programme at its sole discretion.
