How to earn Qitaf points or pay using them

Step 1

Choose your stay or flight on Almosafer

Step 2

Select Qitaf points under 'Earn rewards (optional)' on the payment page.

Step 3

Enter your Qitaf-registered mobile number.

Step 4

Complete your booking. Your points will reflect in your Qitaf account within 48 hours of completing your trip/stay. * If you're a non-stc user with a Saudi number, follow the link in the SMS you receive upon completion of your trip/stay and register with Qitaf. You'll receive your points after you complete registration

Choose your stay or flight on Almosafer

Step 2

Select Qitaf on the payment page.

Step 3

Enter your Qitaf-registered mobile number. You will receive an SMS with your points balance and OTP

Step 4

Enter the amount you want to pay using Qitaf points and the OTP you received via SMS.

Step 5

Complete your booking. *If you are paying for your booking with Qitaf points, you will have the option to select 'Use the same number to earn Qitaf points' to earn points on the same transaction.

Terms & Conditions

  • Qitaf points can be earned for stays & flight bookings.
  • Qitaf points can be used to pay for both stays & flight bookings.
  • You can only earn or pay using Qitaf points with a Qitaf-registered mobile number.
  • You will only earn Qitaf points after you complete your trip or stay. If the points do not reflect in your Qitaf account within 48 hours of completing your trip/stay, kindly contact our travel advisors.
  • Non-stc users with a Saudi number must follow the link in the SMS received upon completion of their trip/stay to register with Qitaf to be able to earn points. The link is only valid for 30 days.
  • If your booking fails while you’re trying to make the payment, the Qitaf points that you used for the transaction will be returned to your Qitaf account within 1 hour.
  • If you cancel your booking, the points you used to pay for the transaction will not be returned to your Qitaf account. Instead, the equivalent value will be added as points to your Almosafer Wallet. If you have paid partially by Qitaf and partially by card, the amount you paid by card will be refunded. The amount paid using Qitaf points will be added to your Almosafer Wallet. The Wallet points will be valid for 12 months from the time they’re added to your account. Please note that you cannot earn points on cancelled bookings.
  • Qitaf points cannot be used in conjunction with a voucher code.
  • Only available on the KSA version of the Almosafer app and website.
