You can also convert 1 Almosafer Point to 10 AlFursan Reward Miles & customise your rewards to your preference.

  • The Almosafer Points will then be converted to AlFursan Reward Miles.
  • Once the process is complete, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Terms & Conditions

To earn:

  • You can earn 1 AlFursan Reward Mile on every SAR 2 spent on stay bookings.
  • You must have an AlFursan membership with SAUDIA to be eligible to earn Miles.
  • Miles will be credited within 14 days of booking completion.
  • Miles will be calculated on the base price, excluding VAT, city tax and service fee (if any).
  • You must have an ALFURSAN membership with SAUDIA to be able to earn Miles.
  • You can earn ALFURSAN Miles on bookings where you’re using a Wallet voucher code, but not with any other voucher code or an auto-applied discount.
  • You cannot earn ALFURSAN Reward Miles in conjunction with other loyalty programmes. Only one loyalty transaction is allowed per booking.

 To convert:

  • Every 1 Almosafer Point converted is equivalent to 10 AlFursan Reward Miles.
  • You must have an AlFursan membership with SAUDIA to be eligible to convert Almosafer Points to Miles.
  • Almosafer Points rewarded into the Wallet through promotional purposes are not eligible for transfer.
  • Converted Miles cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • AlFursan Reward Miles programme has minimum value and increment requirements for transferring Points. Please check these before transferring.

Other T&Cs:

  • The offer is valid across all Almosafer KSA omni-channel touchpoints, including web, app, WhatsApp, call centre and across retail branches.
  • Only users with verified Almosafer accounts can use the Wallet.
  • You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app and be signed in to be able to use your Wallet.
  • Almosafer Points earned/awarded for promotional purposes are not eligible for transfer out of the Wallet.
  • AlFursan Reward Miles can only be earned/converted through the KSA version of the Almosafer app and website.
  • The user is responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s email address and any other required details for completing the transfer of Almosafer Points are entered accurately.
  • Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.
  • Almosafer is not responsible for errors in point transfers caused by inaccurate details provided by the user. Once a transfer is initiated, it may not be reversible.
  • Almosafer is not responsible for issues with partner programs or lost points due to programme failures.
