Property description
General description
Sales will be closed from 20 May to 19 July 2024 for the 164 rooms in the right wing of Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa. The interior of these spaces will be refurbished for an even more comfortable stay. Noise levels during that period are not expected to cause nuisance to guests. We will be happy to share some pictures with you as soon as the mock-up rooms are completed. The hotel’s restaurants and other services will continue to be fully operational, and every effort will be made to ensure a seamless guest experience.
We wish to inform you of the renovation work scheduled in 2025
VICTORIA BEACHCOMBER
The complete renovation of the 91 rooms located in blocks D and E will be carried out according to the following plan:
• Closure of the blocks: from 26 April 2025
• Gradual reopening:
- 33 renovated rooms on 27 June 2025
- 32 renovated rooms on 19 July 2025
- 26 renovated rooms on 8 August 2025
The 'Victoria for 2' will remain open and usual access and pathways will stay open for the safe circulation of guests. Sufficient buffer zones and proper hoarding will keep noise and visual pollution to a minimum.
- Following our previous communications regarding the planned renovation works in our various properties (Shandrani Beachcomber, Victoria Beachcomber, Trou aux Biches Beachcomber and Mauricia Beachcomber), we wish to update you on recent strategic decisions to further enhance the guest experience and satisfaction.
For Victoria Beachcomber, the complete renovation of 91 rooms in blocks D and E will proceed according to this timeline:
Blocks will be closed from April 26th, 2025, and will gradually reopen until August 8th, 2025.
While we understand these changes may impact certain bookings, these strategic decisions have been carefully considered to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional quality and service that define the Beachcomber experience. Additionally, we will implement strict measures to minimise visual and noise disruptions during the renovation period.
