Kindly note that starting from 15th September 2023, there will be an adjustment to the standard chain cancellation policy for all properties managed by Rotana Hotel Management. This modification will involve a change from the previous policy, which required cancellation by 2pm the day prior to arrival, to a new guideline where policy will be aligned with the local time of the respective hotel, precisely at Cancellation by 23:59hr on 1 day prior to arrival. This amendment will be applicable to all flexible rate/bookings ONLY.
