- Kindly note that the pools and water games may not be available during winter season.
- In case of check out after 11 AM, it will be charged as an extra day.
- In case of extending the check out time till 11 AM, extra fees will be charged.
- It is not allowed to put posters on the walls during occasions and holidays.
- Bayt Sha'ir tent is available only in winters and is removed in summer.
- Pool heaters are available and are operated only in winter.
- Ice-cream are available for free during Summer.
