Fort Adelaide (Citadel)
Sitting high and mighty on top of a hill, Fort Adelaide offers breathtaking views of the entire city of Port Louis. Constructed by the British, and named after Queen Adelaide, wife of the King of England William IV, the fort has guarded the harbour from enemy attacks.
