Reformation Wall in the Parc des Bastions

This imposing and iconic national monument, built into the old city walls and overlooking the Parc des Bastions, honours the major figures of the Protestant Reformation, depicting them as giant statues and bas reliefs. Engraved in the wall is Geneva’s motto, Post Tenebras Lux (After darkness, light). You’ll find the Place de Neuve, with buildings dedicated to art and culture, at the park’s exit.
