Museum of Modern Art

Representing Azerbaijan’s best painters and sculptors from the past seven decades, this contemporary museum includes works by Rasim Babayev, Ashraf Murad and Fazil Najafov, who became popular in the 1960s and 1970s with paintings and sculptures inspired by the colours and climate of the Absheron. European masters, including Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Marc Chagall, are also exhibited.
