Grand Husseini Mosque

A prominent Islamic landmark in Amman, this Ottoman style mosque is located in the centre of the city. Restored by the late King Abdullah I in 1924, on the site of an ancient mosque built originally in 640 AD, this mosque is now a top tourist attraction for travellers from all around the world.
