Shamasan Fort

A 91-metre long and 25-metre wide rectangle structure with three towers, this building is one of the most popular landmarks of Abha. Built during the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century, this fort has many rooms that open to the interior courtyard. If you are a history buff, then Shamasan Fort is definitely worth a visit.
